Terms and Conditions

1. Lead Time:
– The average lead time for our design projects is between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the complexity and scope of the work required.
– We strive to deliver high-quality designs within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances or additional client requests may affect the project timeline.

2. Payment Terms:
– A 50% deposit is required to initiate any design project.
– The remaining 50% of the total project cost is due upon the final delivery of the completed design or project.
– In the event of project cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Design Revisions:
– We value client satisfaction and aim to provide designs that align with your vision.
– We offer 3 design revisions per project to ensure that the final result meets your expectations.
– Additional design revisions beyond the allotted number may be subject to an extra fee.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights:
– Upon receipt of full payment, you will have full ownership and usage rights for the approved final design.
– Until full payment is received, we retain ownership of the design and reserve the right to use it for promotional purposes or display in our portfolio.

5. Confidentiality:
– We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients’ information and project details.
– Any sensitive or proprietary information shared with us during the course of the project will be kept strictly confidential.
– We do not disclose client information to third parties without prior consent unless required by law.

6. Project Changes and Scope Creep:
– Any changes or additions to the project scope may result in additional costs and extended project timelines.
– We will communicate and seek approval from the client for any changes that may affect the project cost or timeframe.

7. Project Cancellation:
– In the event of project cancellation by the client after work has commenced, the client will be responsible for payment for the work completed up to that point.
– We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client fails to adhere to the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability:
– While we strive for accuracy and excellence in our work, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.
– We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the use or misuse of the design work or services provided.

9. Dispute Resolution:
– Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the design project shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation in good faith.
– In the event that mediation is unsuccessful, the matter may be escalated to legal proceedings in accordance with South African laws.

10. Governing Law:
– These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
– Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be held in the courts of South Africa.
